Penile bulking damage with popping sounds during lovemaking for no sexual orgasm

Hi Dr Lin,

Two years ago I was making love to my then girlfriend, she was on top, moving up and down vigorously and bending my penis back in the process. I then heard two loud cracks(popping sounds) and felt pain in the base of my penis around the testis. The pain disappeared after a few days, but since then I have found it difficult to get a full erection during sex, my penis is probably 60-70% hard.
