Invasive Prostate's neural therapy causes erectile dysfunction and impotence for no sexual orgasm

I'm 51 years old. I believe I had some nerve damage from "neural therapy" treatments in Switzerland when long needles injected homeopathic remedies into the Frankenhauser plexus near the prostate. Before that there were already erection problems and prostate pain. (There is very rarely pain now.) I'm taking some detox things like chlorela for the mercury load I have. But the erection problems worsened suddenly after the first injection (with a thick needle), one year ago. I seem to have lost the muscular control I used to have which can voluntarily "hold" an erection, that is, to consciously strengthen and lift up the penis during erection. Erections are only 30-40%. Earlier in life I had done my share of masturbating unfortunately, as well as practicing withdrawal at orgasm.
So, to summarize, I developed some erection problems about 3 years ago, then prostate pain about a year ago, and finally the treatment with injections appears to have caused sudden additional dysfunction by physically damaging the ganglion, (I'm guessing). I can have intercourse, but I'm smaller than usual and I've lost the ability to "grip" the erection as I explained above, except for maybe a second. That's why I now prefer to stay well inside my wife and press against her at the base of the penis to maintain my erection. Finally, I'm unfortunately under a lot of job and family stress.
