Middle-aged women's PMS pains or cramps for no sexual orgasm

Dear ActionLove.com

- 2-3 weeks of the monthly cycle I cannot have any sexual stimulation (solo or
with partner) because of intense pressure and pain building up in the abdomen
and lower back as soon as stimulation starts. Only one week right after
menstruation am I able to enjoy sex.

- This syndrom seems to be connected to some unusual eating disorders I have,
involving overeating tendencies, cravings, extreme sensitivity to sugar and a host of other food items.

However, I was on a special juice fast for a month, and the
above mentioned pain problem during stimulation seemed to disappear during
that time and for several weeks after. Now that I am back eating more normal
food, the problem is coming back. I did loose a lot of weight during the fast,
though, which is probably not good for my general health in the long run.

I would be grateful for any advice you might have in this regard.
