I have had trouble for a few years now(5+) with my erection and performance.
I have masterbated way too frequently(daily since I was 14, I am 30 now). I ejaculate way too early, and my erection is a lot softer than it used to be, especially the glans(which is proportionately small compared to the shaft). I also have blurred vision. I have recently slowed down to ejaculating 2-3 times per week.
