Urethral and prostate Pains caused by penile bending during lovemaking for no sexual orgasm

Hi Dr.Lin,
While me and my gf were having sex the tip of my penis bent
slightly and I backed off and continued sex with some slight discomfort.
Since then I feel some pain and pressure inside where my penis bent slightly.
The pain does subside but reoccurs when i urinate.There is no swelling,burning
or itching but mostly feels like the upper spinchter muscle is being squeezed
and it does subside to a dull pain.Also my stream is steady and consistant and
the slight dribbling i had did subside.What do you suggest since this is getting better in some ways but the pain is still persisting?Also tried H-cream on it and it helped.I read on other site that the pain i feel might be a damaged nerve.Also when i masterbated the pain got worse but also subsided.
