i'm 15 years old, i started masturbathing about 2 and 1/2 years ago, i do it, once or two times a day, i cannot stop, i've read your articles on this problem, i need your help to answer some questions, does masturbation increase sickness (cold/flu) chances ? because lately if i get sick, it lasts for a very long time, lately, i cannot concentrate on my education and school, my brain does not work as quickly and efficently, i have alot of stress.
About a year a ago, i met a girl, we love each other very much, we went together through alot, we both have large amount of strees do to family problems, in the past couple of monts, me and my girlfriend started having sexual interaction. Whenever we are performing, i cannot seem to get aroused enough to have an erection, when a person is having sex, i suppose that a man is supposed to have a sexual drive to keep moving/working until he is aroused, i do not have that, as it seems, the sensitivity is much lower. I really love her, and we've been getting into fights because of too much stressful situations i really need your advice.
1. on mood/sickness effects on life due to over-mastubation
2. no sexual arousal during real sex, too much feeling/almost pain during oral sex
