hi im 21 and have a problem. I was using a enlargment program witch was good but for one of the girth workouts they said to get erect then with ur thumb and fore finger make a ring at the base of ur penis to hold the blood in and then with the other hand squeeze ur penis with 2 fingers and ur thumb pushing the blood outward towrds the walls. i took it to another level and instead of using my hand to make a ring and stay erect for this workout i tied a phone cord at the base real tight and this worked great the blood was trapped well this workout was only 8 minutes and i did it for a month without problem until onday when i woke up and look very small smaller than usually and it look skinny. then i couldnt get erect that day and about 3 days later i got my erection back but the problem is that it feels not as hard and its harder for me to get erect now it feels less more like a dead worm with a little live to it were as before i was like a tiger. And when im flaci!
d its like a shrivled little thing and no fullness as i did have before. What happened to me and is this cureable thank u so much im very scared
