However, at a high dose of Yohimbe, it triggers a short-term heart racing and blood-pressure transition response. After stopping the use of a high dose, the blood-pressure transition response or heart racing will disappear in a short time. This is why the FDA gives you a warning and still considers it as a "General Safe" supplement for healthy people, but won't ban it.
My advice is: Don't take excessive 300 mg Yohimbe Extract in one time, particularly in an empty stomach, which may results in a panic digestive response. If you overdose your body with Yohimbe, you will have to site on the toilet several times to expel it out of your body. This is a natural protection of your body. So far, there is no body dying of overdosing Yohimbe, so that there are some companies produce a high-dose (as high as 2000 mg) yohimbe supplements. I had tried 750 mg Yohimbe several times and in every trial, I had to go to the toilet 2 or 3 times to drain it out.
