I turned 30 a week ago and have been diagnosed with chronic prostatis since I was 18. But I can trace my problems to when I was 15 and I felt a pop in my groin area when I was masturbating. I bent my penis down to far and felt it pop. After that I could no longer achieve strong erections. Out of frustration, I would masturbate a lot in order to get an erection.
My problem now is that I can no longer achieve spontaneous erections. I do have weak erections during the night, but that is it. Also it seems that my penis has shrunk. It seems as though not a lot of blood it getting to the head of my penis. The shaft of my penis would swell up after I masturbated and the skin is now puffy on my penis. Also my pelvic floor area also seems to be swollen too.
Other problems that I have noticed are that I am losing my hair prematurely. I also have brain fog and my vision has trouble tracking motion.
I have read some of your site and found that others have suffered from similar problems, but I am not sure what remedies to take. I will list for you how I hope you can help me.
1. help me to get strong erections again
2. heal my skin on the shaft of my penis
3. help me to get rid of the brain fog
4. help me to stop losing my hair and maybe grow it back
5. help me to be able to last longer and not prematurely ejaculate
6. help me to stop my penis from shrinking and hopefully increase my penis size
