Young man's experiences with over-masturbation / Over-ejaculation.

I started masturbation since I was 14 , 3 to 5 times a day, between the first and the second time 30 min, it wasn’t a hard masturbation but mainly ejaculation or exactly it was easy way to ejaculate. I can maintain erection at least for 20 min; I don’t know perhaps testosterone works only at that level.
What I remarked and my doctors (endocrinologist, urologist, ….) too; is the hormones level.
- low normal level for thyroid, adrenal hormones
- Irregular level for brain-pituitary-test axis hormones: sometimes FSH or LH is up and testosterone is low or testosterone is normal, and LH is low, when I have stopped masturbation the testosterone was dramatically decreased to 2 ng/ml.
Now I want to stop it definitively so that I get my lost health but I am afraid of 2 problems:
1- testosterone decreasing
2- I have never discharge sperm and dream(erotic dreams) at sleep even now, I know the body do that automatically when it restore endocrine functions, but mine never did.
