Penile burning pain or sensation for no sexual orgasm

On Dec 8, 2002 I started feeling some burning sensation in my penis, so I went to the Doctor for std test and hiv test, everything came back negative, the doctors all said that they didn't feel nothing and that it was just in my mind. After about one month i was stilling feeling this burning sensation in my penis, so I went to a urologist, and he did a culture with my urine sample but didn't find anything. So I went to another urologist and he did a rectal exam on me, and said that I have chronic prostatis, these are my symptoms penis feels burning, cant sleep, cant eat, feel burning in my feet and hands mostly my feet though, there is no discharge and i don't notice myself going to the bathroom alot, but sometimes my butt does feel soar when i go to the bathroom. I've been worried for the past two months I feel like know one really knows whats wrong with me, I just want to know from your opinion on what i told you, do you think i have chronic prostatis, cause i d!
on't know why it did not show up at the first urologist when he did a culture on my urine sample, please let me know what you think as soon as possible. Thank you for your time
