Hi, I have read many of the post on you web site and found out I have been following the advice of other Doctor who hasn't a clue about what he is teaching. I have been using the pc muscle exercise to stop premature ejaculation. I have trained my self to squeeze and hold back. However I lose ejeculation liquid three or four times each time I have intercourse. I did not realize I was tearing down my sexual organs by using this method. I also agree that my penis stays small most of the time because of this pratice. I am 55 years old and have a very active sex life and enjoy sex 4 or 5 times a week.
Is it possible for me to rebuild my sexual organs to normal and stop the premature ejeculation. I can have intercourse now for 60 minutes but I am stopping and starting about every 50 strokes in and effort to stop complete ejeculation. The stopping and starting causes a orqasm problem for my wife. Sometimes she has one sometimes not.

You should cut down your ejaculation frequency. Theoretically, men at the age 55 can no longer afford 4 or 5 times a week. You can (and should) make love everyday, but limit your ejaculation frequency to 2 or 3 times a week.
