I was going through the internet for possible help to my problem and when I saw your web page I was very happy. I am a 43 years old but my sex life seems to be in a mess. Though it is difficult to describe I have a problem of impotency and this has deprived me of the peace of mind and body I should have enjoyed at this age. It started 10 years ago when I was with my first wife. My first wife died of cancer problem about 5 years ago and I have remarried two years after she died. My impotence problem is affecting my love and married life because I cannot get an erection when I want it and I have premature ejaculation when I have an erection. Each time I have an ejaculation I have lower back pains and pains in my joints. I feel very stiff afte having sex and I feel heavy and really tired. My head feels dizzy and my ears also buzz. I have also had a compulsion to masturbate even while married. Sometimes I did this several times and it left me very senseless. It rather has become!
