Cause of the utero-vaginal (Uv) prolapse and PMS pain

Well sir ! the problem is ,i m feeling ke i m having Uv prolapse, although i didn't consult any doctor ,i myself a doctor , feeling like dragging sensation in my pelvic area like something will come out suddenly and i have to take some rest pressurizing my perineal region to stop that feeling ( it is very painful also ) i cant understand what exactly it is , i felt something also ,when i tried to feel it by my self . right now my marital status is un maried ,have n't experience any sort of activites ,that's vwhy asking please guide me what it can be? sidewise the problem of PMS as well.

When the nerves are under the strain produced by utero-vaginal prolapse, they send out pain signals. This is one of PMS. Originally, this is due to a weak ovarian function that can not produce sufficient androstenedione. Young women with a low androstenedione level due to genetic factors or improper nutrients will experience this problem. For women taking the progestin-based birth control pills/shot/implants, their ovarian functions are shut down. They rely on adrenal glands to supply androstenedione and are likely to experience this problem too.
For women during peri-menopause and menopauses, their ovarian functions are continuously degrading, but their uterus and cervix are still very heavy. They are like to experience this problem as well.
