No-bacterial testicular and penile pains due to ejaculation

Hello Dr Lin,
I have been experiencing pain & swelling in my testicles for sometime now & sometimes redness of the scrotom. If I go without ejaculation for awhile the pain subsides. It seems immediately after ejaculation they swell back up & within a day or two are very painful, even to the point of sharp pains.

My problem is, my sex life is really suffering from this to the point where I don't even want to have sex anymore in fear of my testicles becoming painful & swollen again.

Will I ever have a normal sex life again without fear of this? I'm 26 & hope to have a long & painfree sex life once again soon.

Any suggestions on the cause of this & what I can do to get my boys back to normal?

Thank you, I've been to two Urologists whom both gave me Antibiotics to take.
Obviously that didn't work for long.

They both examined me though & acted like it wasn't a very big deal, but it is to me.
