Dear dr Lin,
hello im bart 24y from belgium.(forgive me if my english is not always perfect)

About 7 - 8 months ago i used a vacuum pump and overpumped.
Its not like i felt or hear that "pop" sound like stated in some other cases but it realy felt like
my penis was pulling or tearing apart from the inside. That happend about 1 cm under the glans/cock.
I noticed that there was a big spot of blood inside the penis at that position.
Now i have difficulties in having and keeping an erection.

And if i have an erection than it is only about 70% of what it was. The whole penis is not hard enough

The slightest pressure on the glans/cock makes the top shrink.
But my erection stil points to 1 or even 12 o' clock.

I can come to an orgasm but verry difficult and it takes a long time to get there.(masturbation)
The feeling in the penis has become lesser than it was before due to nerve damage.

Also in non-erect position the penis is smaller, feels a bit diffirent,

But if i take a warm shower than it gets it normal (non-erect) size.

In the beginning of my problem i sufferd from pain shoots in and around the anus.
That happened rather often.

It has also become more difficult to urinate. Its like i can not make enough pressure.
Althoug if i consentrate enough than it works rather well.

I have visited an urologist who did some tests and told me i have nerve damage
and i probably have a 'leak'(venous leakage ?)
He also tried with an injection but because it does not hold up the substance it was not verry succesfull.
it was slightly better than my "normal 70%" erection.

When i was reading some pages of people who experience hairloss on young ages. I have that problem too.
I have verry long hair but on my forhead it becomes a bit thin and i'm only 24 years old?

In result of al this i became a little depressed and had to take a medicin called "seroxat"
It containce serotonine. (think you had to now this)

I do not have other medical complains like heart ,liver,...etc..
