omg thats amazing. ty so much.i have never read anything on switching. i
didnt tell u. i just tried 3mg melatonin actually. made me feel hung over 8
hours next day and impotence worse,.i thought for my non restorative sleep
fibromylgia it may help.valerian was a bit better but still a bit sedate and
