Case Title: Over-masturbation causes penile and prostate pains for no more sexual

Right now I am having constant pain in my prostate region. Its usually fairly dull but it becomes fairly intense if I masturbate too often(More than once a day)or sit in a position which aggravates my prostate. Also, the bottom portion of the tip of my penis has a small red swelling on it and i get a burning in the tip of my urethra after i urinate. I have seen numerous doctors and even a urologist over the past six months and have been given all different types of antibiotics.
