Firstly I would like to commend you on your excellent work. I would be going crazy if I didn't find your material. Luckily I know how to search for information on the Internet and seem to have already diagnosed my problem in under 24hours. I seem to have what you call ejaculation headache. I have been masturbating for over 10 years now at an average of about twice a day. My record is 7 times in one day. I will also add that there was a period earlier in my life where I experimented quite heavily with mostly MDMA and some other stimulants that I konw cause problems with chemical seratonin in the brain. I have had periods of depression that I know were caused by my drug habits. I still have amphetamines and MDMA ocassionally but no where near as regularly as I used to. Yesterday for the first time I experienced a viscious throbbing headache on the right side of my head just prior to orgasm and ejaculated significantly less than I usually do. This was during sex with my partner at about 7pm. I masterbated at about 2am after a night out with no head pain but again produced a small amount of semen. I had lots of trouble sleeping (much like I had before when I was depressed from drugs - possibly by elevated levels of testosterone?) and woke up at 9:15am (very early for me on a weekend). I proceeded to masterbate again and felt the same throbbing headache as the previous night. Immediately I knew something was wrong so I did a search on "ejaculation headache" and found your website. The 2 questions I have to ask are:

1) I have had 2 very very busy weeks. Could the chemical imbalances be caused by a hectic lifestyle/not enough rest/hightened stress levels, by my drug consumption alone? by my masterbating? a combination of all?

2) Is this likely to be an ongoing problem? Would abstaining from all the above, resting my body do the trick?
