Hello,

Recently I experienced pain in one of my testicles. I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with epididimitis. Prior to this problem, I had not ejaculated for three weeks (I usually ejaculate 3-5 times per week). I have read on your site about the dangers of semen retention. What I would like to know is: is three weeks long enough for semen retention to be harmful? And if you do think it could have been a cause, will normal testicle function return and is there anything in particular I should do? Thank You.
