Hello Dr Lin,
I found your website when I searched for the symptons that I have been suffering for just over a year now. I'll explain my circumstances and hope that I don't bore you with a long letter.

I have a horrible feeling of vibrating pressure in my head, noise in my ears and recently, take longer to achieve an erection when making love because I don't really feel like starting sex. About a year ago I visited a urologist when I developed a severe pain in my right groin that radiated down my leg. He was very unprofessional and told me that I had prostatitis because I had anal sex with my wife and had contaminated my uncircumcised penis (we had accidently discovered during sex play that she could have a strong orgasm instantly with light stimulation of her anus). The urologist yelled at us and told us that we were unclean people when we confided in this with him. We were surprised at his reaction as we are clean people and both keep our genetal and anal area clean. My GP was also surprised at his diagnosis and said that you cannot catch bacterial prostatitis this way.

The urologist put me on a 3 month course of antibiotics, a six month course of Flooowmax (an alpha blocker) and told me to have lots of sex with a condom. This only made the pain worse and I developed urinary difficulties during this time. He made my bladder weak and I could not find the muscle to relax when I needed to urinate. I threw his treatment away and things improved a bit. The pain is only slight now and with some concentration I can void my bladder if I take time with a weak stream.

We started having a lot of sex not long after we got together 20 years ago as I used to premature ejaculate. I found that I could last longer if we had regular sex rather than waiting until the urge built up. We also found that if I used cannabis, I could completely control my ejaculation response, though my wife says that my penis is never so hard when we have sex this way. I don't want to use cannabis as it is illegal and dangerous.

A couple of months ago I phoned a men's erection clinic and told tham about my premature ejaculation. The clinic sent me a drug in a nasal spray. It has clomipramine, apomorphine, and phentolamine. The spray helps me control my orgasm and makes my penis much harder that it has been before. Interestingly my wife had orgasms every time we made love with this cocktail. She said it was because my penis felt longer and stronger and it made her come. The trouble is that the spray burns my nose and makes it blocked and runny, and tastes awful and who wants to have sex in that condition. Also I don't want to use antidepressants (clom).

I now realise that my PE was caused by a weak erection and me trying to maintain it once it started to soften after initially getting the erection at the start of play.

I am impressed by the way you work at the cause of the problem and would like to take your advice rather than use the unpleasent, brute force solution offered by the clinic here. I don't know if your ingredients can be sent to Australia.
