Hysterectomy and vibrator kills both sexual nervous functions and sexual orgasm

I am a 45 year old woman that has always had trouble reaching orgasm with a man. During foreplay or intercourse, there is pleasureable feeling and it seems as if it could be getting close, but it has only happened one or two times.
