I've read quite a bit of your web site in the past. I'm wondering if you can help me out with a problem I've had all of my adult life. Basically, the problem is, the day after I ejaculate I always feel like crap. It doesn't matter how in shape or out of shape I'm in. It's usually always the same. It's like a sex hangover. I feel weak, lethargic and very tired the entire next day. It's hard to concentrate or be motivated. No amount of rest or naps can make the tired feeling go away.
