Please help me? I just turned 45 yrs. old. I am a female whose relationship ended due to vagina walls being to loose. I have 2 children but gave birth through C-Section and I don't understand how my vagina entrance has expanded. I breast fed both children and thought that this tightens your vagina. What has happened to me? I have a new partner of whom I'm experiencing the same problem with. I barely feel him. I have no problem with lubrication. When I'm aroused, my vagina naturally lubricates itself real well. It's just that my vagina is loose and not tight any longer. Please tell me what is the best thing for me? Every now and then when I urinate I stop my urine and then release it to try to do exercises.
