episiotomies should not affect vaginal looseness and more sexual orgasm

It seems that my wife's vaginal canal has streched due to childbirth. This causes me to have significant trouble being stimulated during intercourse leading to dissatisfaction in our sex life. Our last child was born in September 2001. My wife has had episiotomies with both of her deliveries.

Her OB/GYN saya that this situation is very unlikely and does not have any suggestions to give.
