I'm a 25 year old male weighing about 170lbs and 5'5" tall. I used to be in pretty good physical condition and put on muscle very easily. I was also very ripped with about 9% body fat. I have been masturbating about 1-2 times a day since I was very young, about 9 years old. Recently I noticed that my semen is watery and my feeling of orgasm is diminished. My penis also feels a little numb in some parts and its hard for me to get an erection during masturbation although I still get erections during the early morning hours when I wake up.
