I am a 20 year old male. At around 16 i began smoking marijuana and end about when i was 18. I abused a lot of ecstacy (mdma) and cocaine from about 17-20. I now just drink on the weekends and completely cut out these drugs from my life and confident that I will stay away from them. I have some questions though. I began forming anxiety and horrible vission. My vission is best described like when someone stares at the sun for a second and when they look away everything is a little spotted and black. This is basically what I see and it prevents me from concentrating on little things visually, so reading is extremely hard. Also the anxiety is strange for me because i am a very outgoing and social person. I have done my research and am extremely serious in wanting to reverse this damage. I have began taking 5-htp with vitamin B3 and B12 to help promote serotonin in my brain in which i feel is the main reason for this. I dont really suffer from depression, its more o!
f a frustration that i am having these problems and i know if i could fix them and it would solve EVERY problem in life. I regret the damage i have done but i feel like it was an adolescant mistake which i do not want to suffer from my whole life. I am very serious about this recovery and i would love some advice.
