Penile stretching exercises caused a penile de-location damage for no more erection and sexual orgasm

about 3 years ago i decided that i would try to manually lengthen my penis. i tried stretching it by pulling on it when it was hard. after several sessions of this i began pulling harder. i began hearing pops and thought that it was just like a bone poping and wasnt anything to worry about. especially when it didnt hurt even though it felt like something was detaching. i thought pain would warn me if i tore anything. i had made it pop several times with out any noticable side effects but the last pop immediatly made my penis go flacid with no pain. i could not understand why this happened and if i was dammaging something why i didnt have any pain. i now cannot attain a full erection and the erection i do get fades very quickly if not constantly stimulated. the erection angle in standing will not even get close to horizontal. it seems to get much harder and almost feels normal when i am on top during intercourse though insertion is still difficult. it goes!
almost flacid when she gets on top and it is impossible for her to insert it and it is hard for me to insert even by squeezing the base to make it harder . it is like the blood rushes out when i am face up conversly the blood seems to rush in the penis when i am face down. it also seems like it is detached at the base because moves around a lot on my pubic bone when i am inserting it without steadying it at the base. could you tell me what is wrong and is there anything i can do to fix the problem.
