Recently, I shared some of the "heat" tea with a friend, who had been experiencing a significent amount of depression recently. Within minutes (literally!), she was in a much happier mood, feeling better than she had in years. My question is this; which product is appropriate for a friend, who is suffering from mild-to-moderate depression. He is 40 years old, and fairly healthy, although he suffers from high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. He is on medication for his blood pressure, and currently taking a mild anti-depressant, which he says has no effect, other than helping him sleep at night. When he is in a "low", he sleeps excessively. His diet is average, and he enjoys beer rather frequently, but not to an excess. On my products, it says not to take with alcohol--does that mean at the time, or within 24 hours, or specifically how long? Occasionally I like to enjoy a glass of wine, but do not want to interrupt the effects of the "heat" tea.
