I am having a sexual problem for nearly one year now.
I used to do penis streching for a time, but suddently when I masturbated and ejaculated I felt a short sharp pain on the right down side, the socket of the penis-near the inguinal. This pain is followed by a weaker but permanent pain in the inguinal and perineum region. I can reduce the pain during ejaculation, when I contract the penile muscles(pc muscle) already before the orgasm. I can´t provoce this particular pain by any other way than having an orgasm.
