I have had 2 c-sections and since then I find that I can only achieve orgasm through oral and manual stimulation. Also, I find that that the orgasm is less intense than before and I have no feeling in my uterus when I acheive orgasm. Before the surgeries, I was able to have an orgasm during intercourse and I had intense contractions in my uterus as well during orgasm. Is this loss due to the surgeries or pregancy in general? Is there anything I can do to increase my sensitivity?
