E-mail 1: Dr Lin...I have been diabetic for 23 years type 1 insulin dependent. I have been taking your val pal
s with good results in erection. I also take choline and pantothenic acid B5 supplements which help too. No problems getting erection I am worried about neuropathy...recently I think I have lost some sensation in my penis...there is a little tingling below glans. Usually during nightly spontaneous erections I used to wake up with hard hurting penis. Sometimes when I wake up now I have good erection, but not a lot of sensation. Takes a little longer to have orgasm. Is there anything to do to help nerves and increase sensitivity? Please help or advise...thank you very much. Please keep our conversation confidential.
E-mail 2: Hi again...One other thing...after having orgasm...tip of penis is tingling, slightly burning feeling. I have no sexual disease. Maybe urinary infection? I have not had work on my teeth in many years, and notice now some problems with gums and some tooth erosion under gums...could bacteria from this be part of the problem and not neuropathy?

E-mail 1: Yes, take extra Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 mg a day, L-Arginine 500 mg 3 times aday, Fish and Borage Oil(1000 mg each meal) and calcium (200 mg)/magnesium (100 mg)/Viatmin-D(100 IU) to help you produce more acetylcholine, Nitric Oxide, Prostaglandins E-1 and E-3. Prostaglandins E-1 and E-3 and Nitric Oxide can help you prevent neuropathy and erectile pains.
E-mail 2: This is due to excessive prostaglandin E-2 release induced by tissue expansion or abrasion due to erection and ejaculation when your prostaglandin E-1 and E-3 release in the tissues are insufficient.
