I remember at a very young age maybe even as a toddler, being sexually aware and focusing a lot on my penis and the feelings that it produced on my mind.

At around 11 or 12, I started masturbating, and due to a lot of emotional pain, I indulged in it to escape the pain I felt from verbal abuse. I think that I masturbated most days for a while, maybe 6 or 8 months, sometimes ejaculating twice in one day.

One time I ejaculated 3, maybe four times in a row(probably within one hour). The last time I ejaculated, I forced myself to come and really pushed hard. I remember after this I immediately felt an inflammation (in my prostate gland I think) and I got really nervous. I thought that it would go away eventually, but it never did really, and I still have the tightness to this day. I remember this event as being significant. I remember about the same time, I started having a burning sensation in my urethra. Ejaculation during that time was a little painful, and my erections had a dull pain.

At around 16, I started to realize some of the problems that I would be having if I got into a sexual relationship. I was concerned about my premature ejaculation, and also the lack of desire I was experiencing. I knew the urinary things we a problem, but the sexual condition was more of a concern.

Today, I am experiencing serious problems that affect every level of health. My erection is very weak. I remember at 14 yrs my penis stood at 1 o’clock. Now it stands at 3 o’clock, and it doesn’t stay erect long without stimulation. If I become aroused significantly, I feel almost ready to come, and if I start copulating, I usually get into the orgasm stage with in a minute and start copulating involuntarily until orgasm. If I think about sex at all I start having precum leakage, causing spots on my pants. The semen usually comes out in the urine (Spermatorrhoea). The burning sensation is continuing, and I feel urgency to urinate often. I often have to get up in the night to urinate twice.

I have no erection usually without directly causing myself to think about sex. I of course have a very low sex drive, and this is no way to enter into marriage. My problems also affect my ability to concentrate, which is affecting my productivity.

I believe this is everything of significance in my sexual history. Please shed some light on my condition.
