hi ive read some of your reports on penile issues and need help!!!!
i have always had a very active sex life with my long term girlfriend of 14 years, about 3 years ago i made a stupid decision to have (beading) 4 x 8mm balls inserted under the skin on the length of penis as you look down on it.

i was examined by the doctor who noticed a slight case of peyrones (excuse spelling). i notice this when i am able to become erect, its a slight indentation underneath on the shaft just before the head of the penis.
the other problem he noticed and i do also is... there is now scar tissue which feels like a lump on top and below my penis where i had the balls inserted, these are painful sometimes when i touch and put pressure on that area.
i have had urine samples taken as i tend to leave a stream of what looks like semen when i urinate but test showed no problems? i seem to think that there is a blockage as my penis seems to really be undersize compared to what it normally used to look and feel like and i laeve this stream of semen whatever time of the day i urinate but on the occasions i feel ok ie:- after taking kamaagra my penis is normal size and i do not tend to leave the trace of semen?
i am hoping you might have the answer for where i go next as im not sure whether im classed as impotent or whether i can get help for the penile problem and also something to make my sexual thought come alive again!
