Reader: 8/08/2007>Hi! I am a 45 year old female and just recently became sexually active after 7 years. I have several questions and hope that you can help me. First, I had a hysterctomy 10 years ago and am on Hormone Replacement Therapy as well as Esttrace to help with the dryness but I still am very dry. Second, I have been doing kegal exercises to try and strenghten my vaginal area but I don't feel it is working. Third, I have not been able to have an orgasm. I have been reading up on literature about this and feel like it is me. Is it possible to go your whole life without obtaining an orgasm? I have tried a vibrator but was told I could do permenant damage to the nerve ending and prevent me from getting an orgasm so I don't want to use the vibrator.
