Dear Sir,
I am 22 yrs old.I started masturbating in a very young age and that is when i was about 5 years old. the way I use to masturbate is laying down in the bed and rubbing my penis in it. I didnt knw exactly wht i was doing but as i remember i did this for Pleasure, I used to do this once almost every month at the age of 7 i understood that my habit was due to some attraction towards the opposite sex, at the age of 10 i started practising it almost twice weakly
which once caused my hard burning in my penis so i left masturbation the the burning left with it after 3 month I started again in the same way and at the age of 11 my sperms came out in a very light fluid and and then at the age of 12 it became quit thicker. When I was 13 years i found a new way of masturbation and that is by rubbing with my hand and did it daily once twice and sometimes even trice. at the age of 15 i started feelin so tired that my legs were no more strong as it was as i began to feel it difficult to continue playing football even feeled so exhausted and tired and my innerhands and innerlegs had a strage feelin lik drying also and my hands became swelling so fast whn i punch or wrestle i became no more able to wrestle any of my friends thoug i was the best in thm but i didnt quit.
i consulted a doctor and she said that i am suffering form lack of vitamins and prescribed me some it was not gud use for me (i didnt mention to her that i am addicted to masturbation). I was frced to stop it whn i was 17 as i suffered for psycological desease like distress, anxiety and stress that aftr mastrubation i became totally exhausted and i realized that i will be i biggr trouble if i didnt quit.now after I hav quit masturbation and in this 5 year period i hav only masturbated twice and i also very rather have wetdreams i dont think more about sex as before.
but i still have the continue probles:
1. my erection is like 5 o'clock to 4 o'clock 2. whole body is so tired 3. pain in back 4. burning pain after masturbation(b4 i quit)5.lack of concentration 7.sensitive towards sunlight 6. I also have a amount of phomsis that the foreskin doesnot retract completetely while erection the foreskin dont totally comes up but the fore skin stops between the glans penis 7. feel tiredness if masturbated or had sweet dreams.
