Case Study: Why PC muscles exercise is not good for ejaculation
control and why anal breathing is so effective - on the ejaculation/orgasm
nervous program and control
Reader: 5/03/2009>Hi,
This isn't really a sexual problem e-mail, more of a question about Mantak Chia.
What do you think of him? I recently bought a book entitled 'The Multi Orgasmic
man', and he recommendeds strengthening your PC muscle. This contradicts with
what you say; that you shouldn't do PC exercises. Do you also condone doing the
Microcosmic Orbit?
A few years back I did actually do PC exercises for about a month. I must admit,
my orgasms were a bit more intense, but on the downside, I found it more
difficult to hold back the orgasm and I experienced nocturnal emissions a least
twice a week (they did stop when I quit the PC exercises). I think in my own
experience, doing PC exercises is detrimental to ones sexual health, I just
wanted to get your opinion of Mantak Chia.
Thanks for your time.
Kind regards,
ActionLove.com: 5/03/2009>I don't want to comment other.
It is my tradition.
All the websites or books copy each other.
I am the only one against all of them regarding the PC muscle exercises as
explained and documented in.
https://actionlove.com/extra/pcexercise.htm
PC exercises stimulate prostaglandin E2 release to stimulate the prostate and
urethral nerves (sympathetic nerves L1 and L2) to increase erection and induce precum leakage and
premature ejaculation.
When I was young, I used PC muscle contraction to prompt ejaculation after 2
hour vaginal intercourse.
It is very precious for me to de-control of my ejaculation valve with the
sympathetic L1 and L2 orgasmic nerves in the clutch area. The
sympathetic nerves L1 and L2 are very dense in the pelvic floor and perineum.
Exercising the muscles will activate the L1 and L2 for orgasmic/ejaculation
responses. Chronic training of the L1 and L2 nerves down there with "PC
Muscle exercise" is to program the L1 and L2 nervous response to any sexual
stimulation for faster orgasm.
My experience let me tell you the true about the PC muscle exercises, and
unfortunately against all the other authors.
Yes, but I have found that anal breathing is more better than the
Microcosmic Orbit in term of sexual control since all the pelvic sympathetic and
parasympathetic nerves are convenient in down there. Only anal breathing can
promotes the parasympathetic nervous control signals from the tailbone nerves
S1-S5 and Co to overcome/interfere/cancel the L1 and L2 sympathetic
nervous response to sexual stimulation electric pulses.
