I have a severely bad problem and I really need your help.

For starters, I probably have a history of "over-masturbation."

Almost two years ago, I noticed that my erections were becoming harder and harder to maintain, though still possible to get and maintain spontaneously. Then, out of no where, I was unable altogether to maintain one while having sex. I could literally feel the problem being the blood flowing out, not do to psychological reasons, but b/c the tissue wasnt' expanding as much, or the same way, or something.

Then, over the next week panicking, I tried several times to get and maintain an erection but could not without really pumping hard so to speak, as hard as possible so the blood would flow in and stick, or the ereciton lock in so to speak, or for the tissue to expand enough to compress the veins. I found it only possible to get an erection doing this, but after vigorous pumping, I could get it to stick.

Then one time I did this and ejaculated and it was INCREDIBLY painful and felt like the penis was going to pop off the body.

Following this incidents, all my problems really accelerated.

1). The penis began to hang totally differently in flaccid state. It started to hang lower and longer, but shrunk about 1.5 cm in erect state.

2). Became very, very firm in the flaccid state quite often-- like a tightening feeling

3). Lost about 80%-90% of orgasm sensation.

4). Slight curvature

5.) A rock solid, but pleasureless erection that could only occur if manually stimulated that felt literally like a rock at the base of the penis, and would immediately disappear if I stood up (only possible in sitting or lying position).

The shrinkage got worse-- from 1.5 to 3 cm-- so now I have lost 3cm of erectile length, at least!!!!   The penis went from feeling firm in the flaccid state-- which itself was unnatural-- to totally limp and dead. And the erection, when manually stimulated, flops even quicker, wobbles more at base, feels even more unstable. I can get absolutely no spontaneous erections while standing, and what little hardness I can get while sitting or lying hardly resembles a real erection.

When I lie on my back, the flaccid penis, which used to be very small in flaccid state, is now longer, but feels like it has no weight. And when I trace my hand from base upward, it feels twisted as if I am certain the problem is at the base. Yet I don't understand why the damage seems to be everywhere throughout the penis? Like mild curvature in the middle, no sensations, etc.

Please help. I do not know what to do and I am VERY DESPERATE. I have been like this for 2 years.

Could this be the suspensory ligament, or fibrosis, or both?
