If do running or other cardio exercise that make me sweat then I don’t have to use bathroom as much. I have ordered time release melatonin and L-Arginine. Is there anything else I need or can do to help my body heal from kidney disorder?

I added Melatonin 3mg time release and drank less water (also added Borage oil and L-Arginine). My bathroom function is almost normal now. Inflammation is almost all gone too! I will stay the course as I want to regain my complete health and get my morning erections back. I see that I have to sleep like a baby to relax spine.
