It seems that you use your PC-muscle to "squeeze" the joint (marked as 'X' in the following graph) of the urethra and the ejaculation duct. Bladder || || |X=== Ejaculation duct to the prostate || || Urethra to the penis Constricting your PC forces the semen/sperm to seep into the bladder with a contraction pressure of your prostate. Don't underestimate the contraction force of the prostate. It can shoot the ejaculation few feet away. The high contraction pressure forces the upstream urethra to expand and produce a counter flow back to the bladder. As a result, you cut down the ejaculation, but your pelvic splanchic nerve around the bladder outlets went off. That triggers multiple spasms in your lower abdomen.
