1. Use the finger pliers to massage both sides of her urethra/G-spot at the 10-12 o'clock and 12-2 o'clock for 5-10 minutes. Don't stimulate the 12 o'clock position initially. Focus the stimulation in the first 1-2 inches of her urethral nerves.
