Pregnancy, progesterone, premature labor and sexual orgasm

I am 6 1/2 months pregnant and spent 2 days in the hospital recently for possible premature labor. All tests show I have a strong cervix and both the baby and I are in very good health. The doctor gave me restrictions like no working, long shopping sprees, far car trips, no lifting and no sex.
