I have recently come upon your site and find it exceedingly interesting. I have decided to try some of your medications but I also need to ask you for further advice.

I had a penile injury several years ago in which and during activity with my partner on top, I severly bent my penis. As a result, I started with a curverature, Peyronies Disease. The good news is that the fiborus tissue gradually disolved and the penis straightened out. The bad news is that it left me with a leakage problem that results in soft erections and erections that can't be maintained if I lay down on my back. They are much better if I am standing. However, even then, the penis does not ever achieve horizontal much less elevated status and as a result, the penile length has been compromised.

I went to an expert in San Francisco, a Doctor Lue who did many tests including flow and erection potential with injection. Even with his special mixture of injection, a very firm and horzontal erection could not be achieved. He further did a very expensive flow sonogram and determined that I have two or three locations that have leakage. My questions are: Can any or your medications promote regeneration of the areas that have leakage? Do you know of expert surgens who could perform micro surgery here in the San Francisco Area? Do you have any information on the results of such micro surgery?

Sex has been an exceedingly important part of my life and I am a very young 66 years old. My partner is in her mid 40s and needs better than I am giving at this time. We do OK but it is not OK with me!
