On Optimal Ejaculation for more sexual orgasm - also On Over- and Under- Ejaculation

Hello Dr Lin,

Recently i have been practicing ejaculation control and notice that sometimes my erections are weaker the longer i wait to ejaculate. For example, if i do not ejaculate for 7 or 8 days i may have a weaker erection than if i was to ejaculate every 4 days or so. This seems a little odd to me. Is there something wrong or should i just ejaculate more often than once a week?

There is Nothing wrong with what you have experienced
