Over-masturbation at 2-3 times a day since age 13 resulted in penile shrinkage and erectile dysfunction

I'm a 27 year old male of average weight and height who has had erectile dysfunction for two years. During intercourse, oral sex, and masturbation, I have an inability to produce a full erection and maintain a moderate erection. My primary care physician had me undergo expensive blood tests to check for hormonal imbalances and other problems. Everything came out normal. I was examined by a urologist about a year ago and he determined that it was physical impotence caused by diminished blood flow to the penis. During the two-night Sleep Test, I was able to produce but not maintain a moderate erection. My urologist prescribed 20mg of C!ialis, which was able to produce a moderate erection during masturbation but with the side effects of eye pain and headaches. I then tried 10mg, which produced the side effects WITHOUT maintenance of a moderate erection during intercourse and oral sex. I shouldn't even be on ED drugs at my age-and it's even worse that they don't work properly on me, not to mention how embarrassing it is going to the pharmacy and urology office. Also, I do suffer from depression/anxiety, eye floaters, and has testicular pain in the past.

I'm now desperate for answers and avoiding sex, which is all quickly deteriorating my mental health and self esteem. I have spent hours online looking for supplements (I plan to use Passion Rx) and reading articles, which has now lead me to believe that excessive masturbation is the culprit.

Since the age of 13, I've masturbated about 2-3 times/day.
